The Captain
Chris Colin is a licensed Master Captain with more than 30 years of experience fishing the waters around Galveston. He has spent decades chasing tailing redfish and learning the bays, marshes, and backwaters of the Texas coast.
Chris also spent 25+ years in the restaurant business, including 15 years as a wine sommelier. When he’s not fishing, he enjoys live music, great food, and anything outdoors.
The Boat
Captain Chris operates a Sabine Versatile poling skiff. These custom locally-made skiffs are built for serious shallow water fishing, combining a lightweight, maneuverable design with the stability and performance needed to confidently navigate marsh flats and backwater.
